Has anyone tried this program? I am looking for any information relating to this, success stories, non success stories, worth the cost, etc...

Never heard of it until this thread, but in just 15 minutes of doing some internet research into it, this is what I can surmise:

They charge at LEAST $360 for the ten week program. But, they also will want you to sign up for more, so if average out the cost, you are looking at $1800 for the year.

They dont go into any details about the actual training other than to say it involves "kickboxing, resistance training and nutrition". All things that anyone can do on their own with just a little research and knowledge.

They seem to only have locations in Nebraska and Iowa. Not enough market saturation to really be considered something of a good thing.

My overrall rating of Farells is one star out of possible five. Cost is just too much. If their system and training were good, they would have videos on their website of classes in session.

I HIGHLY suggest you look into a Crossfit training facility instead of Farells. Workouts are done in group settings with great coaches. Workouts are scaled to individuals ability. Yearly cost would be around $1200 (compared to Farrells $1800 or more). You can actually get what it seems that Farrells offer at your local 24 HR Fitness or Ballys.

Another VERY IMPORTANT THING TO CONSIDER - "body transformatons" or actual real benefits from working out getting healthy are NOT accomplished in ten weeks. That is just a gimmicky sales tool to lure people in.

Thanks for your input but I have tried 24 hour fitness and just don't have enough discipline in working out blindly.

I also did internet research and found out that same information. I have heard of people doing this program and succeeding. I was hoping to hear personal stories of people who actually participated.

I will probably have to submit this in the NE and/or IA forums.
