What do you all think of it?

I eat healthy and only really eat sweets and junk food like once a month or at family gatherings, parties etc. However, I do tend to crave a sweet tooth once in a while but I usually eat something that's not fattening and taste good for me. Like fat free Greek yogurt with strawberries, or I'll have some fruits all together. Sometimes I just want something more sweet and tasty like ice cream and that's where I see frozen yogurt. The thing about frozen yogurt is that it seems to be too good to be true in that it's supposedly has little to no fat but taste just like regular ice cream. The frozen yogurt I have been having has been really good but I just feel like it might be regular ice cream and probably just as fattening. I know it sounds crazy but it seems like that to me.

What do you fitness fanatics think about frozen yogurt?

If it's too good to be true, it is. Frozen yogurt has too much sugar.

I stick to plain yogurt. Add some fresh berries if you have a sweet tooth.

I take Fiber One yogurt and freeze it and then let it defrost on counter for about 15mins prior to eating it

there is actually no nutrition in fiber. its just stuff your body doesnt digest so it helps you poop. i think its important to get a good amount in daily but im not a fan of buying specialty fiber foods because to me that leads to inconsistent intake. so i take 2 big tablespoons of whole psyllium husks daily. i feel like king of the castle everytime i stand up from the toilet.

Yeah, frozen yogurt is healthier than ice cream, since it has alot less saturated fat, but alas, there's still a bunch of sugar in it. But I tell my sweet-toothed clients that a scoop or two of it once or twice a month is OK. Myself, I prefer to get some Skinny Cow ice cream when I get my sugar jones going.
