OngletNYC: Look, I am at work right now. I'm not at home. I work from 6:30 - 6. Get home in 15 mins. Do my 1 hour-ish exercise routine. Take a 4 minute shower. Maybe eat. And then go to my SECOND job that starts at 7:30. I get home at 12 am. I do need to sleep you know. That's why I DONT HAVE TIME.

If you do not have anything constructive to say, why post.

it depends on the goal. if your goal is only to win the contest and the contest is purely for % weight loss, then id say dont lift weights. you are better off starving yourself and if you want to exercise do cardio. just make sure not to make up for starvation by pigging out, if you do that then you will need to make yourself vomit.

LOL, Captain NJ that sounds like not very good advice!!! Im doing cardio like I said before 30-45 minutes of running/walking. Then I stretch, and I'm guessing I will keep your advice on not lifting weights. They where really light bells but ok. eating 2 boiled eggs in the morning, salad and an orange at 11. and salad again around 4:30

its definitely not good advice for the long term. its specifically geared towards this contest. i find plain rolled oats to be pretty filling for the amount of calories they have. you have have 5 1/2 cup servings spaced evenly through the day and it should keep you pretty full and only be 750 calories.

well, looks like you may be under that already depending on what exactly goes in those salads.

On my quickie salads I put some tomato cubes, 2 types of lettuce, broccoli, carrots, a very little bit of corn, grilled chicken, cilantro, green onion.

You should add some avocado and/or nuts to that salad, as well. Almonds are always a great choice.

i wouldnt listen to this advice. avocados and almonds are delicious but they are loaded with fat and calories. i know people say they are good fats, but since you are involved in a competition i would wait until after the competition to play with that kind of stuff.
