It takes either one or two or three or four sets of 45 pound plates being used on four different exercises. Could be deads, squats, bench, lats, rows, overhead press, or leg press. The leg press is clearly the easy one for most people.
I just made this "club" up and expect nothing but flak from haters. Could be a fun thread though.
It only takes an average intelligence to understand this thread. Which seems to be asking a lot.
im not the one who made a drama queen thread about leaving the forum and then shows up again a week or so later.
you are comical how you started back in the gym a couple of months ago and now you are making fun of other people and pretending like you are some kind of hardcore lifter. you will be done with the gym soon enough and wont see the inside of one for years after.
Actually I'm not sure I understand what you mean either?
but i supose you want something like:
bench: 2 sets
leg press: 4-5 sets
squat 3 sets
deads 3 sets
over-head press 1 set
cleans 2 sets
that amking 1 set=2X45 lb plates?
So that makes all of the clubs or what?
I agree with captain you do not make it clear what you're after.
Probably a good idea with all of the badgering and excessive oversight. I did leave for a bit. Then I got two emails expressing all the love for my esteemed posts.
This site is great for data. I should find a place better for flirting though. All sexual innuendo gets locked up quickly if people are having fun.
Bench - 3 plates + per side
Squat - 5 plates + per side
Deadlift - 5 plates + per side
