I love to go biking but I hate the painful seats and how my back hurts after a while.....wish I could find a totally comfortable bike to ride. Love to walk at a nice clip - we go for a long late afternoon walk along the beach and marina several times a week - last night the sunset was spectacular - I like being able to exercise in a beautiful outdoor environment - just makes us feel great.
I like running because of the mental workout required to finish a long run and keep pushing through it. But I also like doing aerobics and weight training with videos for the variety.
Physical Exercise: Playing in the ocean surf. Too bad I live in Ohio.
Mental Excercise: I solve Math problems for a living, no worries there.
Spiritual Exercise: Comes from giving Love and receiving Love.
I've never met an exercise that I didn't hate. But I run, usually 5 days a week, about 20 to 30 miles total. I wish I could find something else to do in the winter. Don't know if I can take running on ice at -20 anymore.
I like to take spinning classes at the gym. It makes the time go by quickly and before I know it, I've done 45 minutes of cardio. If I just do cardio on a machine the time seems to drag on and on.

Nice breakdown. Thanks for the reminder to keep the balance.
