Sounds like you need to sit in a tub of ice. That's what I do sometimes when I've had a grueling workout, relax in a tub of ice. It relaxes the muscles.

Thanks..I'm in need of a buttrub today though...lol.. my butt hurts from all these workouts!!! How do you manage to do kickboxing everyday??

So far this week I did 2 hours of salsa on Sunday, 1 hour of kickboxing on Monday plus a little running afterwards, bootcamp (KILLER BOOTCAMP BECAUSE NO ONE SHOWED UP AND THE TRAINER KILLED ME!!!) Tuesday and kickboxing today and I ran a little after that! I am doing bootcamp tomorrow and I am taking Friday off. On Saturday I plan on walking to the practice fields where the New Orleans Saints are training in my city...not sure how many miles it is from me but I'm going to do it somehow!

I just got back from a treadmill run. I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 178.4. I'm 24 and used to wrestle the 160 weight class as a 15 year old in high school. Unbelievable I'm going for my high school weight.
