I love the post so far, i am more motivated then ever to work out! I jog at least three times a week and jog for about a hour and thirty minutes. Its really reaxling, and i love to just look at the enivornment as i jog. I say the first few weeks of working out for the first time in long time is always the hardest but after a few weeks you look forward to it! Best of luck to everyone and i hope we all reach our ideal "body goals"

Going on a jog after work for a hour or more!

Sounds awesome. What is a hands release over bar burpee?

My workout this morning was a bit laid back - 10 Vinyasa Sun Salutation A, 10 Vinyasa Sun Salutation B, 10 minutes savasana, 30 minutes qigong, 45 minutes taiji.

You have to break the contact between your hands and the floor at the "bottom" of your burpee (to ensure you're going all the way down), then complete the burpee as normal, but you have to jump over a bar at the finish of the movement. Sorta like bar-facing burpees, if you've ever done those?

I did not get to the gym this morning due to oversleeping. I might not have time tonight either . . .

Looks like I'm going to do some extra tomorrow though!
