No, sweating is a way of controlling body temperature. Using muscles generates heat.

Nothing out of the ordinary. I do an hour on elliptical machine, and the front and back of my shirt is usually soaked. As said here by others, just drink a lot of water.

When I exercise, I sweat more in the summer because it often gets scorching hot.

You may want to drink some sort of sport drink that contains electrolytes. As long as you remain hydrated before, during, and after your workout session-"don't sweat it!"
You can buy tasteless electrolyte powder at any drug store. Just mix it with plain old water.

Sorry, I don't believe that. I have had excessive sweating my whole life even with mild exercise. When I was younger, I was in top shape. I rode my horse in an indoor (unheated) arena and while the other riders had coats on, I was down to my t-shirt and the lining in my helmet was soaked.

I think some people just sweat more and easier than others. I get furnace type hot flashes now that I'm in menopause and I have literally had sweat dripping off my nose, eyebrows, down my neck, my back soaked, etc. I top anything any of my friends have ever had for HOT! lol
