I thought for sure we'd get more people to participate in this. Maybe its because the thread title doesnt really say what we are doing. Think I'll start another thread to hopefully lure more of our CD family who are trying to better themselves physically to participate.
ITSPECELP, that is AWESOME!!! There is NO WAY I'll ever be able to improve by even ONE round and you did TWO?!?!?! Way to go.
The first week I did it, it was after my workout . This time I was fresh, which explains why I was able to do more.
I did my workout on friday and didnt do as well as I did the first time around. I chalk up my poor perrformance to the 12 pack of Newcastle I put away over the course of last week. :-)
Dont I know it. Hefewiezen, Sam Adams, Newcastle, Bass, are nectar of the gods.
Gonna have some Hefewiezen and Newcastle tonight while firing up the backyard grill to celebrate my Cindy triumph. Then, for fun, I'll do it again later this evening as a warmup to my yoga and kung fu practice.
Cold is almost gone and I was able to improve by 1/2 round (push ups are really difficult!). Down 5 1/2lbs so far and off soda completely now.
