2 hour computrainer Sat., 27 mile trail ride yesterday in the crisp, sunny air. Full core routine this morning and a run of about 3.5-4 miles this afternoon. Ate like a piggy yesterday, back to work (it off) this week.

MMA conditioning

There is nothing more intense or demanding than MMA style circuit training. This is not for beginners.

I was on a cruise and ended up doing some workouts there. I am glad to be back home though so I have bootcamp tonight!! I'm back on it!

I did bootcamp last night..mostly weights and very little cardio. Tonight I have kickboxing and tomorrow I am running a 5K!

Cycling moderate to high intensity 20 minutes, interval sprints 20 minutes treadmill, lap swim 20 minutes. I'm pooped!
