I only got about 20 minutes of running in today along with some benching and other sorts of lifting. Skipped the pull-up bar because I had to eat breakfast (was about to pass out!).
I beat my time in the Year to Year 5K Saturday night...shaved 5 mins off my best time...I believe this is because it was cold and I was like...I gotta get outta here!!! LOL!!
I have bootcamp tonight...been doing sledgehammering on a tractor tire and more power ropes...man, it's harder than it looks!!!
I've been sick for almost a week and haven't done nothing since last Tuesday.....I miss the gym but I need to get over this virus....ewwwww.....
