Back: Wide grip pull ups, seated row, close grip pull ups, Pull over, one arm DB row, BB shrugs. Back has been tweaked a bit, so laying off of deadlifts for a few weeks. Eager to put them back in.
Yesterday I did a H.I.I.T. class. My first time doing it and I'm in quite a bit of pain today. I plan on doing yoga at lunchtime though. Hopefully a good stretchin' will help me out!

That xfit guy who did 161 burpees in 7 min inspired me to give it a shot. Instead of 7 min though, I went for 10.
I only did 137 -I've got some work to do.
