That's interesting, I take an oral steroid for asthma and on my last physical my blood work came back with low vitamin D levels.
I take supplements now to help with it, but this is very interesting information thanks for posting.
EVERYONE is low in vitamin D nowadays because of our lifestyles and diet. I work night shift at a hopsital and mine were low a few years ago. I couldn't sleep, got muscle spasms all the time and just felt like crap. Started supplementing and have felt 1000 times better. Catabolic steroids i.e. gluccocorticoids etc. are very hard on your body.
