well, its a weekend so i allow myself some extras:

breakfast: 1 cup rolled oats, 2 splendas, splash skim milk, cinnamon
lunch: chinese orange chicken (probably about 6oz), some white rice (not a lot because its all i had)
dinner: remainder of orange chicken 3oz, some chicken breast with yoshida sauce 3oz), veggies in yoshida sauce, pasta with tomato sauce.

i also did so some snacking on some leftover halloween candy i have around. maybe 5 fun size butterfingers and 12 or so sweet tarts.

Look at the two examples above.
(Ok,well he is a man,so his metabolism is faster than hers)
Then again, both of you should have included any exercise done.
Maybe he moves more,who knows.

Maybe the set point theory is true?

i generally dont exercise on the weekend beyond walking my dog. during the week, i lift weights 5 days a week. each workout is about 45 minutes and i dont do any cardio.

it may be useful to know how many baked chicken legs TJ had and how many fries she had. also if she really ate nothing outside of those 2 meals.

i eat pretty much the same thing monday to friday.

Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 2 splendas, splash skim, cinnamon
Meal 2: peanut butter & jelly sandwich
Meal 3: 1 scoop whey protein with 1 tablespoon nestle quik (postworkout)
Meal 4: 1/2 Peanut butter & jelly sandwich
Meal 5. Tends to vary the most, basically 8oz chicken with some pasta and tomato sauce
Meal 6: Small bowl cereal with skim milk

oh and i take 2 tablespoons of whole psyllium husk fiber a day, makes me poop like king kong

Yep it looks like you definitely eat more than I do on the weekends. My snacks were the two doughnuts and I fall asleep during the afternoon then I made dinner. That way I wont eat as much.

I exercise for an hour. And still barely lose weight.

I had 3 chicken legs I will say a cup of fries, they were really small wedges actually (homemade, not fried put into the oven with a little garlic salt & ketchup) and I had a bottle of orange soda and water to drink.

Looks like you eat more than I do during the week. And it looks like you dont eat enough real food too.

What does this have to do with weight loss? If it helps, I only have a BM once a week or once every two weeks.

I highly doubt a man with no weight problems eats more than a 200 pound woman. I'm sorry, I'm not buying it. I think that you are eating more than what you say that you are. What happened to posting pictures of what you eat?

You critique what he eats, yet he doesn't have a weight problem; you do.

I see now that he does at least 3 things that help him stay slim.

1. He has BM's everyday.
2. He may eat more times a day,but he actually eats less when he does eat.
3. The food he eats has less calories overall.

Tj,what's "real" food?
Seems if he can eat it,its real.
Maybe you mean it doesn't look tasty?
