She was like 5' 5" give or take an inch and 125 lbs give or take 5 lbs. Definitely had muscle on her, but not like any of those disgustingly huge female bodybuilders. Kinda cute actually.

WTF though?? Was she definitely juicin? Tranny? I've never see anything like that.

It is possible, with training for a woman to lift a huge amount of weight. And it's only your estimate that she weighs 125 pounds or so. Due to muscle's compact size, she could weigh much more.

I absolutely agree that I could be off about her weight. I'm not great with that. But dude, i really don't think it was considerably much more than that.

Women have wider hips, they should be able to lift more with their legs. But I'm very impressed she could deadlift that much. This was with free weights? Strength in relation to mass is a very interesting thing. I've seen very skinny guys lift some very heavy weights, but never a girl like you describe.

Yes it was free weights. She was in the boxing room. She DL'd a barbell that incrementally hit 8 plates, brought it up behind her head on to her shoulders, squatted for one rep, and dropped it. Did this with the 8 plates a good few times. A trainer and a guy in the ring who were sparring both looked at her like WTF.

Girl was probably half white half some kinda asian. Had some ink and a real mean lookin mug on her. This was one badass broad, I'm tellin you guys. I never woulda messed with her.

I was impressed when I saw a thin girl at my gym power-clean almost 190 lbs... but 405 is awesome.

I also got impressed by the guy who looked like he was 100 years old who benched 220 lbs for 5 reps.

Huh??
She picked up the bar from the ground and put it on her shoulders....then squatted it?

Also...
Even in the professional heavyweight division the world record is 424lbs
Raw Powerlifting female records 2011 (http://www.rawpowerlifting.com/records/World/Women/DEADLIFT.pdf - broken link).

I'll bet you those plates were dimes or quarters at best.
Ivanko used to {i believe } makes 25 lb plates that were the size of the 45s.

She's probably also half Kryptonian.

That's insane and really hard to believe. I've only seen really big muscleheads lift that much weight in all my years at the gym. What gym was this in NYC?

Alright after thinking about it further, I suppose they could have been bumper plates. However I have never seen bumper plates at this gym before. I can assure you that they were the same size as regular 45's though. 100%. I was like 10 ft away. I will check on those bumper plates next time I go though.
