Right now I would be in the 99% of women who can't do a pull-up. I was, however, able to do them when I did P90X. That is not my goal right now, though.
Well, I can do 10 and I'm a weakling who never works out (other than cardio). I am also very small, so idk. I wanna say most men can and most women can't.
Here are a couple of videos on muscle ups. I have to admit, that even as a guy who is fitter than the average dude walking around, I had MAJOR difficulties in doing even a single muscle up. It wasnt until I really studied these vids on the proper form when I was able to do one. Still cant put together more than two, but Im working on it.

I need to first perfect pull ups. Want to do like 6 in good form.
Ha ha. I knew you'd like it. The gals in the last two videos I think are flat out beautiful, the first vid just shows regular looking chicks. But Annie and Camille are two very beautiful women.
Pullups are one of those things that get better the more you do them. If you work on it everyday, in no time at all you'll find yourself doing 10-12 easily, then 15-20 without having to stop. Vary your grip as well to make it interesting and develop addiitonal muscles.
