First off you will never have a body like anyone else's because it is your body. We all come in different shapes and sizes so trying to look like someone else is a recipe for failure.
Just strive for the best you can make your own body no matter what body shape you have.

Many an asian female that I have seen around here have bodies to rival her, so, my answer is yes, probably. I really didn't know much about her but found this:

Jessica Alba, uncensored "Into The Blue" - Slow Motion Zoom - YouTube

I think much of the trick is to have the right camera angle and stylist. As for exercise, I think you can't go wrong with distance running. Just start slowly, build your way up, and avoid running on pavement (too much wear and tear on the knees). Best of luck with it!

Marry a plastic surgeon, worked for Brooke Burke. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they work out to achieve their hotness but both Brooke Burke and Jessica Alba have gone under the knife...

Oh and just to clarify, I'm in no way advocating plastic surgery in case anyone got that impression - LOL

What surgery did Jessica Alba get? Obviously not breast implants...butt implants???

In any case I would not recommend the surgery option, but that's just me. Running will build your glutes and not only will you look better, you'll feel better and be healthier. I am going for a run right now.

Jessica Alba has one of the hottest, creamable bodies on the planet.

But, Here's some free advice:

Put your height and weight in feet, inches, and pounds.

Us Americans are too lazy to go through the trouble of converting from the metric system.

The only thing I understand with the metric system is meters. . . and KG for weight plates.

Jessica Alba has one of the most beautiful faces. I've been a big fan since Dark Angel. Her body is nice too. I doubt she's had plastic surgery... but who knows. Every other person has it nowadays.

What's up with Chinese people and their obsession with her though?
