I'm about to do 20 minutes on the treadmill. Then hopefully hit the hay early...part of our home gym is supposed to show up tomorrow :fingers crossed:

Now do you mean the work used to cut the carrot, or the calories used to process the carrot once you start eating it?

Edited: That 20 mins is elevated...I start out a few minutes level and then slowly raise the treadmill to the 7.0 setting...not sure how many degrees and the speed at 3.5 mph.

Well, I probably burned 200 calories putting this baby together just now

Cutting carrots is a pain in the arse.

Thanks, it's very easy to install and simple to clean.

Well I'm beat!

I spent the day assembling our new Bowflex gym You can laugh but that was an exercise all in it's own lol Tomorrow, recumbent bike assembly...then maybe I can finally get to really exercising.

Sorry, our HOA doesn't allow Yard Sales

Today is going to be spent trying to haul off all the bowflex boxes and hopefully assemble the recumbent bike. Then tonight start using it.

Curious, do you have a bike to use outdoors? If yes, why the recumbent?
