Completed P90X last year and looking for something different to mix it up.

Been looking at the 10 Minute Trainer and interested in hearing from others who have purchased it.

I don't see how 10 minutes of any exercise could be enough. You need at least 30 minutes of cardio just to be heart healthy.

So you have actually used the program or that is your own personal opinion?

The instructions for the video suggest you do 3 sessions daily for optimum performance. That's 30 minutes a day. You can switch it up - do a cardio set in the morning, lower body mid-day and abs after supper, for example. Or do the Yoga Flex in the morning, and the abs after supper and the total body in the evening. Can rotate the workout so that at least one of the sessions is different from the day before. That's a definite positive; you're less likely to burn out on the process if you're not doing the exact same thing every day.

And no, 10 minutes per day wouldn't be enough for cardio, but it's assumed you're walking around and moving other times of the day; even just sprinting to the mailbox, stopping to get the mail, and sprinting back to the front door is a good minute of cardio

Looking forward to it. Ordered it yesterday and should arrive on Wednesday.

Feedback from others who have or are using it?

Just noticed there is a Basic and Deluxe version for anyone considering the 10 Minute Trainer.

Value wise, it seems better off to just go with the Deluxe version as they are both the same price:

Reston, did you ever end up using this program?

I'm looking into it as well. Wondering what you thought of it.
