I need help. my boobs getting bigger. I can't believe it. I am in early 40's. I never did cardio before, I like doing weights.

But I changed my work out after my boobs getting bigger- I am doing one mile run before working out. Hope to increase this to 2 or 3 miles soon. Also doing 100 push-up ( three days in a week, M, W and F)

Any thing else I should do to lower my boobs.

I will not go for any kind of surgery. I am still young, I think I have the power to change my self.

Might want to go to the doc and see if you have Gynecomastia.

I agree. At 40 your hormones start changing and this can also be a sign of disease.

This along with continuing building up your cardio work out. Stay away from sugary foods too obviously.

You may also want to research estrogen rich foods like soy which you should avoid. But this is not a replacement for a check up.
