6'4" and currently 225lbs and ~15% bodyfat

I'd like to get down to 8-10% bodyfat - weight is irrelevant to me. I want to look good and feel good while keeping a low bodyfat %, period. I would be perfectly happy to add enough lean mass to stay at 225lbs and simply drop the fat.

I am 6' 1" and dont really have a target weight or body fat % goal. For me, its all about performance. I want to be able to run a faster mile, 5k, 10k. Want to be able to do more burpees in 5 minutes than I can now. As far as looks go, that is a minor secondary to my health/physical fitness level. Dont have a weight goal, dont have a body fat % goal and dont have a clothing size goal. I just want to continue to get better physically and from a purely asthetic viewpoint - to maintain my "V" shape. I havent weight myself in a while but Im thinking I am around 186 pounds or so.

I am not a power lifter but I try to increase my weights. I work out 4x a week with 20 minutes cardio at 4.0 average speed. So basically very high protein, low cards?

Funny thing about HEALTHY gaining of weight, there just comes a time where your body says "this is my maximum". I really really wanted to get to 200 pounds on perhaps the greatest bulk I've ever been on. I had tremendous gains in strength and size and was eating like a man possessed, but all I could do is make it to 199. Im sure, if I got lazy and started sitting around all day, my bodyweight could easily go up waaay past 200 pounds though. But that is not for me.

Not crazy high protein, I take in about 110-130g per day. Carbs, I get most from vegetables and fruit...whole wheat pancakes and oats. I don't eat bread, I only eat rice when I have sushi.

Just that there are not very many 200+ lbs guys responding. No offense to anyone, but I just view anyone under 190 lbs as a smaller guy. But, I don't think that should be 190 lbs of fat slob either. I was a small guy most of my life. I find it intriguing being on the other side of 200 lbs now.
