Nope, not involved in Cultfit. Do a mass building & strength cycle in the winter and then do kettlebells in the spring & summer. Most of my stuff I get from Dan John's website. Try to keep it simple and do a push, pull, hinge, squat and a carry every workout.
I do a lot of climbing and hiking in the summer, so doing the carries and the TGU's really help. After years of trying various things I always come back to the simple programs of Dan John's.
How many reps and sets should I perform, also how many days out of the week should I perform them. Also is someone or something holding your feet for support going to hender your progress. Lastly how long in between sets should I rest. I never exercise daily. My goal is just to get a better mid section.

There are some great ab routines here and is what I use. Only other ab exercises I do are my Crossfit situps, or Crossfit Toes-to-bar or knees-to-elbows while hanging on a pullup bar. This book is GOOD!!
