Nope, not involved in Cultfit. Do a mass building & strength cycle in the winter and then do kettlebells in the spring & summer. Most of my stuff I get from Dan John's website. Try to keep it simple and do a push, pull, hinge, squat and a carry every workout.

I do a lot of climbing and hiking in the summer, so doing the carries and the TGU's really help. After years of trying various things I always come back to the simple programs of Dan John's.

Its hard to spot reduce one area of the body so diet and cardio with some plank exercises might help.

Just pick up this book and follow it EXACTLY - Amazon.com: The Complete Book of Abs: Revised and Expanded Edition (9780375751431): Kurt Brungardt, Brett Brungardt: Books

There are some great ab routines here and is what I use. Only other ab exercises I do are my Crossfit situps, or Crossfit Toes-to-bar or knees-to-elbows while hanging on a pullup bar. This book is GOOD!!

Front squats. Zercher squats. Dead lifts. Back Squats. Sprints (hill, flat, track). Box jumps. I just saw a vein going through part of my abs today..

Ha! Not everyone who does goblet squats and get-ups is a CrossFitter, Tom.

Gonna check out that burger place you suggested in STL next week - I'll let you know what I think.

Make sure it's the on on Rock Road near the High School. I'm sure those grills have 50 years of love on them.
