I have a lot to study and was thinking one or two of my homemade margaritas could make economics more interesting but I'm planning a 3 mile run tomorrow morning.

I'm a 130lb 5'4" woman. What do you all think?

I'm thinking if I drink a tall glass of water before bed I should be fine?

I don't want to ruin my run tomorrow

That's a tough question to answer. How is your alcohol tolerance? How strong will these margaritas be?

Probably. Just push through it. Don't be a wuss (but make sure you hydrate)

I share a bottle of wine with my husband on most nights. I always go to the gym, or run or cycle with no ill effects. But I know if I go over that amount I will have problems. If I am in training for anything I abstain for at least a week beforehand.

The alcohol will not only dehydrate you to impair your running but will impair your memory so that your study time will be wasted.
