I know this video has been pretty popular and has been floating around the internet lately but I just had to post this. I workout at least 5 days a week and during my time off I do static stretches and yoga. However, watching this video just made me that much more motivated. Whenever I feel too tired and don't feel like exercising, I watch this video. As someone who stays in general good health and fitness, this pushed me and made me feel like I shouldn't take my health for granted.

I actually loved this video. I think your last comment is not very nice nor does it go with the spirit of the video you posted.
I really liked this guy's story too. Amazing transformation! I very recently put myself on a 90 day mini-transformation due to shortness of breath at just climbing the stairs. I don't like it, and it has to change.
