Hi everyone!

I read a lot of members and threads asking for the best tools/equipment for exercise. Well for me it would be using resistance bands. With this tool you can do a lot of exercises and positions. And if you are targeting a part of your body to enhance, well it is very effective. The good thing in using this is you don't have to go to the gym, cause it's portable plus cheap! My husband and I always do the exercise using the bands together. If you would ask me where could you buy it? Well, just check this site for more information: www.body-bands.com.

Hope it helps! If you have question, just post it in!

And if you have other suggestions or tools, please please post it also I also want to try other tools that you think is the best.

Best tool is your own body. Resistance exercises, running, swimming, etc. course I have. Bunch of the other tools myself. My favorite is the treadmill.

a pretty high quality bit of spam. I wonder if it was pretty much hand-crafted?

If not, we're seen the evolution of spam before our eyes.

My answer is something other than your own body. I would go with a squat rack. You can do so many exercises with it, squats, fronts squats (and the associated variations of both), military/overhead press, cleans, dead lifts, rack pulls, pull ups (multiple variations), bench press (different variations) amongst others.

You can do so much with a simple squat rack and Olympic bar.

Yeah! you have a point you can do a lot of things using your body. The thing is I didn't know that body is also an equipment. But thanks for informing me! Learned a lot!

How would my post became a spam? I just did tell my story, wondering what's wrong with that. If I was mistaken please further explain.

Thanks!

Thanks Tam! as people say, there's a million way to kill a cat. Same principle goes to your body.
