I find a slight six or four pack on a woman attractive... Enough that she is obviously in shape and athletic, but not obsessively so. Lucky for me, my gf has just this
A hardcore washboard stomach is overdoing it a bit to me. But to each his or her own.
I don't know if you're old enough to remember the early Ms Olympia competitions. Those ladies were pretty much what we'd call "fitness" models today, although they worked out extremely hard.
That changed abruptly in 1984. If you compared the photos of the winner of the 84 Ms Olympia--Cory Everson--with her photos taken in 1983, she had gained at least 40 pounds of muscle. She had gone from "fitness model" to incredibly huge...and there is no way a woman could have done that naturally. That was the year the competition changed. She won with that physique for the next six years while the "old-timers" made their decisions to go with the change or leave the ring.
I was born two years after the change.
What you're describing, however, is happening right now with the physique competitions, unfortunately.
I have been fit all my life. But I think that most women with quads that size are taking something as most women just don't develop muscles like that. I still think its ugly and far from feminine looking. You seem to be saying that you must be either fat or have gigantic quad muscles.
You may consider yourself "fit", but I doubt you workout. No, these women don't take stuff to have quads like that. It's called "Squatting"... look it up on YouTube. It is very achievable if you exercise regularly.
I just felt like I needed to reply to this forum because I have struggled much of my life with accepting myself for who I am.
I have always been attracted to athletic and muscular women since I knew what arousal meant. We all grow up surrounded by men and women who believe that 99% of the human male population is either into boobs, into butts, or is gay, and that men are "supposed" to be strong, and women are "supposed" to be weak.
As a result, when I found out what I was attracted to, which really came into fruition when I was about 15, I started hating myself as a long time. I still do. The fact that the only way I knew how to masturbate was to watch a workout video or watch women flexing their muscles, still holds true today. I heard other guys talk about things like pornography, which I am not really in to. I have tried to talk to friends about this, and while none of my close friends had similar attractions to me, they all "accepted me for who I am".
I also don't like to "dominate" or "take control" of a woman...the only times I have ever been turned on by a girl is when they were aggressive and came after me...the submissive types were always a turn-off, and my dick would shrivel up the more I had to pursue. So essentially, I am a submissive male who likes muscular women. I have tried to accept myself for a long time and have failed. Also I am a virgin and am 26 years old because I have not met a woman who I like who feels the same about me. If anyone has advice please post

I think it's also partially genetics
I used to squat and deadlift but I now stick with yoga and pilates and I still have that definition. It's not fat either.
But I never really squatted heavy, only 150 lbs or so. And I personally never took anything, heck, I don't even believe in protein shakes/powders!
I'm only 5'2 but I gain muscle fairly easy so I think for some of us it's in our genes.

Not at all, not all women build muscle the same way. Quads like that, would be perfectly normal if you happen to be shaped like that already. Most of the ladies in my family have "bigger" quads naturally, so when they are really lean, that's what it looks like.
Although there is some truth to the idea that women won't gain as much muscle as men do, there is way more variation on what women who lift will look like based on how their weight and muscle gets distributed. Some "fit" women will have big quads, particularly if they squat, without taking any sort of drugs. It is more typical of pear shaped ladies.

I find them very attractive. There is a boxer at my gym who has a very muscular six pack. She's not bulky, and doesn't have the oversized muscles of a bodybuilder (she is I think 5'6 and around 140 lbs,) but she has very strong arms, thick quads and of course ripped abs.
I talked to one of her sparring partners, and she told me that punching her in the stomach is like hitting a brick wall. I even saw her fight once, and her opponent landed a solid right that looked like it hurt, but I just heard a loud thud and she just kinda smiled and taunted her that it didn't faze her.
