Today was the Great North Run, one of the world's best known half-marathon races (13.1 miles). Brit Tony Morrison ran it with a 40K (88 lbs, if I'm not mistaken) strapped to his back. His time was just over 3 hours, according to the Guardian piece.
But wait, there's more--he completed the 13.1 mile course, w/ fridge, each day for the past 30 days.
