-not getting fat related diseases/being healthy
-post-workout endorphin rush/more energy
-being the occasional glutton with no guilt
-women are starting to notice me more
-easier to cope with stress
-lower healthcare costs

So what motivates you to work out?
Being able to watch the men work out, while I workout. I'm. I'm just being honest!

I'm 38 with seven children and look better than many people much younger than me with no children. I can dress how I want, and I still turn heads. Plus I feel great! That's what motivates me.

I feel like it is important to live the best life that you can. We can't control a lot of things in our lives, and there have been some major disappointments in my life. But, I can go to yoga and let it all go. I can do that stupid "down dog" for two minutes! The rest of life is cake.

I have lost 51 pounds and still have a few more to go. I feel and look so much better. Shopping for clothes is starting to become fun! I also want to do what I can to be and stay healthy. I am disgusted by the way pharmaceutical companies treat animals, specifically beagles, so I want to do everything I can to avoid needing their products.
