Judging from your profile pic, your body weight is even lower than 3 percent! You have an amazing physique. You should consider becoming a personal trainer and sharing your secrets!
tommodonahue is correct. Anyone who can squat 440 pounds 12 times going parallel or below is going to be an extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and experienced lifter who certainly wouldn't be asking strangers online to tell him if his lifts are good enough. BS troll OP.
FYI, I'm a 200-pounder who can't do that and I train squats as hard as anyone in my gym.
I just heard tonight that guys should be able to squat twice their body weight..so if that's accurate, then I'd say YES! That said, please post pictures proving it
I don't think your average 170 lb guy could put up 340 without some pretty serious training. I wouldn't recommend anybody try to squat 200% of their body weight without working up to it.

Absolutely! I wasn't implying it could be done without training.

Anyone (male or female) squatting twice their own body weight WITH PROPER FORM (parallel or below) is very rare.
I'm impressed when I see someone squatting their own body weight to parallel
My husband's best competition deadlift was 505; he weighed 123. He used to hold a couple of state records.
Wow!
