OP, I apologize for all the people on these threads who don't take the time to read and digest your post, and for those who can't give a straight answer.

Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.

Eat some fatty fish like salmon a couple times a week. That also will help your skin retain moisture.

Mix about a tablespoon or more of plain Vitamin E oil in with your regular moisturizer, and slather it on everywhere, every day.

Keep up your exercise and strength training to build muscle to fill up the space where fat once was.

Your skin won't return to how it looked when you were 15, but it will tighten up.

You will see some difference if you build muscle now, but how much difference I feel depends largely upon heredity. I was maybe 50 lb heavier than I am now for over a decade, and right before having baby #2 my circumference was 62 inches around. I thought I was forever doomed to have all kinds of excess floppy skin, but after a solid year of eating clean and weights/strength, I am amazed at how good everything looks. Of course there is a limit, but I do feel, like Ohiogirl mentioned, that staying very wel hydrated, getting enough healthy fats in your diet or supplement, plus the strength training will get you the best result possible without drastic surgery.

As to the heredity part, I am very similar in appearance to my mom, skin quality, way we "shrunk back" after kids, etc. She, too, is very active and always has been though.

Hmmmm.... thats a problem that is moatly face by so many people. As mentioned above surgery may be the quick fix but I person like me wont be willing to go under the knife or laser treatment. I luckily didnt face this problem that much but I had loose skin, someone suggests me that moisturizers (olive oil, Neutrogena or Aveeno productts may help loose skin by keeping the skin hydrated. There are many skin firming lotions are avialable I have tried Nivea skin firming lotion it did work a bit.
