I do weighted lunges...I'm the dork doing walking lunges in the gym with a 10 lb kettlebell in each hand. I don't bother with unweighted squats; I always do them with at least a 20 lb bar on my shoulders. At least once a week I'll do reps with 50-55 lbs on my shoulders (I'm female). That's about all I can handle (for now) without breaking form.
Grab kettlebells and put one leg on a bench behind you that'll work for 1 leg squats

OP, if this is your "ghetto booty" then maybe you should consider keeping it, because THIS is what the overwhelming majority of men LOVE.
Lol her butt is actually small. Her thighs are a bit too muscular.

Lol as a skinny white woman with a considerable derriere, I would say that women who make fun of other women for having a "ghetto booty" often have flat asses. Which guy wants a flat butt? Especially in certain positions...yuck.

Cellulite is a myth. The only way to lose fat is lose weight. Stick to low calories 1000-1500 cal per day and do some high rep resistance training, no squats. Do some leg exercise for the area you want to tone up but low weight high rep.

Well cellulite is not a myth. Women have it. 1000 calories is not going to be enough for most people. High rep low weight is pointless. And squats are one of the best moves out there.

Cellulite is a myth? So why do certain very skinny women with low BMIs who work out regularly have it then?
