Did a little over an hour on the weights in the morning and 45 minutes Muay Thai in the evening.

Chest and upper body then a 3 mile walk.

Rode to work (30 minutes), Rode to the gym (25 minutes), did weights and stretching for about 45 minutes, then rode home (5 minutes)

20 power snatch at 135lbs

Back on skinny train and the gym!! Tues-cardio and arms. Wed-cardio and legs. Today-walked 6 miles outside in beautiful weather. Tomorrow-more cardio.

I only do weights m-w and cardio 5 days a week. I'll start incorporating abs in next week as well.
