Did the above cycle 3 times.
I have GOT to try this out. Incorporates the same muscle movements as my routine.
I will hike in the evening instead of run, depending on the humidity. It's supposed to be 92 F with dew points of 75 on Wednesday , implying down time for hiking and slowing down my exercise.

Good to hear about your leg press gains!

I was under the impression that crossfit was super difficult. But on reading the descriptions it doesn't sound that bad and looks wholesome. I could always begin a bit slowly and build up over time. Thing is that grad school will be very busy for me, and I need some advice on how to incorporate crossfit workouts with a busy class + research schedule.

I like that because it hits my upper body, core and legs before I head out for my cardio run. I got a late start today (its 6:43 AM) so Im still finishing my cup of coffee before doing the same workout (always on an empty stomach).
I LOVE running in hot humid temps. It should be 97 degrees here (Los Angeles/Valley) today and even now humidity is 87%. PERFECT running weather.
