I am off to play football in a couple of hours. On my way home I will stop at the gym and do some muscle work, probably a light session on back and shoulders.

Light biking today (bike commute).

Off tomorrow, and off to Vegas for the weekend. I plan to work out while I'm there though, it appears the hotel has a rather nice gym.

Yesterday:

Rowed a 2K in 7:13, rested two and a half minutes and then ran a mile.


Today:

5x5 Push-press

then

"Fran" - 21,15,9 (reps) of 95lb thrusters and pull-ups. For time.

Cardio today.. down to 180 pounds from 190 in late June, seemed to not have lost much muscle

Back on skinny train as I'm leaving for Vegas in 3 weeks!! I hiked 4 miles and will hike again tomorrow morning. Then back in the gym for weights/cardio Monday at 5am

I did a crossfit style youtube video for legs, bicep curls and an ab workout video on youtube.

Yeah I'm one of those youtube followers that does the workout home videos, but I got rid of my beer belly, put on some muscle in these 3 years and have a six pack. All from youtube. Have a good one yall. ;-)
