1hr on the elliptical today. 30min moderate setting, 30min hill/trail. Just the workout for relieving the DOMS after squating on Sat.

5 sets of 5 reps squat, 215 pounds.

5 sets of 5 reps, barbell rows, 145 pounds.

5 sets of 5 reps, shoulder press, 105-95 pounds.

5 sets of pullups, 3-4 reps.

Then some cool programing
bench @ 60% of max x10 reps, 70% of max x8 reps, 80% of max x6 reps, 90% of max x4 reps
KB swings x15 q min x 10 minutes
farmer carry
cable pushdown S/S TRX bicep curls

I did a super workout yesterday (weights... biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, lats, all 4 sets of 10 reps) and 55 minutes divided between the elliptical and recumbent bike), so took it easy today... just 60 mins. cardio.

Went for a 40 minute run on campus. It was dead except for the grounds crew. Love it this way when I can roam at my own pace and not worry about traffic nightmare.

10 sets of 10 reps, 135 pounds.

Mixed it up a bit, squatted yesterday and was a bit sore but did squats again. Afterwards was a bit woozy.
