I did a super workout yesterday (weights... biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, lats, all 4 sets of 10 reps) and 55 minutes divided between the elliptical and recumbent bike), so took it easy today... just 60 mins. cardio.
Went for a 40 minute run on campus. It was dead except for the grounds crew. Love it this way when I can roam at my own pace and not worry about traffic nightmare.
Mixed it up a bit, squatted yesterday and was a bit sore but did squats again. Afterwards was a bit woozy.
