I am recovering from an injured left arm/shoulder so last nights workout was light. Easing back into it after a break. Last thing I need is for things to worsen. I can handle a bit of a degress, always time to make it up.

4 sets front shoulder flies
4 sets lateral flies
4 sets bent over flies

4 sets alternating db curls
4 sets hammer curls
4 sets concentration curls.

I haven't been able to hit shoulders directly in 2+ months. My old workouts consisted of 24+ sets and I was military pressing over 200lbs for 6-8 reps :/
