My wife had mono and that completely derailed her for a couple weeks. She's feeling better now, but her doc hasn't cleared her to fully return, so she's easing back into it. It's driving her crazy, but it's better if she just plays it safe.

Hope you get well soon and get back on track!

Default Same routine

60 mins of treadmill: 3.2 m/hr with 7.5/15 incline

My Polar FT7 claims I burned 750 calories

I still have not done much strength exercise.

I can barely lift 30 lbs of Shoulder Press. It is my weakest one

worked my muscles, mostly my quads and hamstring. also did some chest press. also a bit of cardio to cool down. I realized I need my quads/hamstrings to get in shape before I can really last on an elliptical for cardio. it burns when I get on it and wears me out. so far, ive noticed improvement of durability and im no longer getting that dizziness/lack of oxygen when I do cardio on them.

baby steps.

im also trying to figure out if im doing machines proper form but since no ones in the gym when I go, its hard to tell.
