Foam rolled and stretched. I was using a rumble roller on my lower back when my 3 year old decided it was time to play and jumped on me. All I could say was ! I suppose it's my fault because usually when Daddy lays on the living room floor it means it's time to play rough. And really, I wouldn't have it any other way!
Deadlifts: 225: 3x8; 275: 1x4; 295: 1x4; 315: 1x2 (it was supposed to be 1x4 like the others but I got a little light headed and aborted the last two reps.)
Squats: 185: 3x8 (focus on range of motion)
Weighted lunges
Hamstring curls
Core work
Today: Chest and triceps
Bench press: 225: 6...1; 235: 3...1
DB Flies: 50s: 3x8
Four Variations of cable triceps extensions (3x10 on all but 1; 3x12 on the 4th)
I focused on legs today with deadlifts and machine leg press(first time)-
Deadlifts-185x3,275x3,315x3,365x3,365x1,315x3,275x3
Machine leg press-420x10,460x10,550x10,640x5,730x5
Also did reverse curls, bicep curls, lat pull-downs and underhand lat pull-downs.
