45 minutes elliptical, hr avg bpm: 153. Burned 668 calories. Followed this with 5 sets of curls. Form faltered slightly at rhe tail end of the final two sets. Tomorrow is an 'off day'.

Squat, bench press, pull ups, military press, dumbbell rows. Then stationary bike for 40 minutes. Killer exercise routine.

Did you know shrugs are "technically" supposed to be done with shoulders? Look it up. Most people will agree. Took me years to learn this, but makes sense from an anatomical perspective.
