45 mins of cardio and arms/abs. Got creamed last night at work so I did more than enough cardio. Probably even for the week!! I'm going to get creamed again tonight at work so it's just more cardio
When the weather is like this in JUNE you lose all motivation to excercise. Tomorrow is OK. Then I'm heading back south. YAY, hotter it is, the better.
30 minutes on the treadmill
20 on the eliptical
and about 10 minutes of weights.
Let me add that I feel great! Sore, but great! I haven't worked out in nearly two months. I finally decided to get out of bed and workout. I'm actually going to the gym in my complex tonight for another round!
Crawled out of bed at 5:30, got my coffee downstairs, grabbed my stuff, and headed to YMCA.
Had an awesome 30 minute run on the treadmill, at a slightly faster pace than usual. Then, on to the floor for endless ab work, including leg raises and lowering, 120 crunches. Then, over to chest and arms for the 2nd and final time this week. Finished with lat pull down.
Might I also add that yoga pants are going to give me an early heart attack. I just love the way they look on the ladies.
