Been lurking here for a while, I like to read what others are doing and it is inspiring! Here is my week summary:

Mon: rest
Tues: walk 3 miles, 10 min cardio/core workout, weights for arms/shoulders
Wed: walk 5.5 miles, ab routine, stretches
Thurs: walk 4 miles, weights for arms/shoulders
Fri: walk 5.5 miles, ab routine and stretches
Sat: 30 min HIIT workout, 20 min slow walk to recover, 25 mins cardio workout

I hope my walk miles turn into run miles soon, resting an injury now. I ran a half in march, and would like to run a full sometime in the next year. Meanwhile it is giving me a chance to strengthen gluteus/core and it really helps my stride.

There is video and an interesting discussion here about the handful of men who have squatted over 300kg X 10.

Went for a 3 mile run in the field and trails behind my building. I really wanted to go further, but I'm not used to running in the heat yet.

24 miles biking at a leasurely pace. It is a once-a-year event where a 24 mile course of roads is closed for cars, and tens of thousands young and old get on their bikes, riding through lovely landscapes with hills, woods and fields. Gotta love Switzerland - so glad to live here!
