A five mile tempo run today. Yesterday was a 17-mile bike ride followed by a 3-mile run. Currently training for the Army 10-Miler in Oct, and am squeezing in a Sprint Triathlon in a couple of weeks.

I have neglected resistance training lately, and will be incorporating 3-days per week of TRX training to go along with my mostly running in prep for the race in Oct. Gotta keep this 55 year old body moving.

An exhilarating 10.3 mile run this morning. Feel'n good and have plenty of energy left. Working on my guns at the gym this evening.

Youngest daughter and I went on a 6-mile power walk, then I did upper body workout on the Total Gym. I'm taking my 2-year-old grandson to the park later, and get more walking in pushing the stroller (and chasing him on the playground).
