Back in gym as we have 3 weeks exactly to Mexico! So yesterday was 40 mins of cardio (worked double so that was a lot of cardio too), back/shoulders. Today was 40 mins of cardio (work tonight) and arms/abs
30 minutes treadmill 6% grade 3 mph then lower body machines leg press, all that stuff 15 minutes on the elliptical to finish up my 1 hour workout. I'm down 30 lbs in just over 100 days.
Good night sleep hit it hard today on cardio and some weights.
