Yesterday: 5 miles on the elliptical
Today: Just shy of a 4 mile run (outside) and some yoga later
This weekend...10-11 mile run and yoga

Last night I forced myself to do some cardio mainly for stress and today I am hitting the beach after work to swim in ocean.

Through the week I did all the power lifts I usually do but cut out a lot of the accessory lifts and did more core work than I usually do. I'll do it again next week and likely the week after that. I'll probably alternate after that.

45 min walk
15 min hard cardio
1 hour swimming

My joints are beat I think we are taking the day off.
