Seriously though... I lift heavy because I like the way I look and feel. I don't care what anyone else thinks. (But I will admit I don't mind the ego boosting "Dayum's" I get from guys. )

I did get tired of the "pump up before going to the clubs" guys and the "foo foo, skinny/fat gym bunnies" (puke) at the gym. I now work out in my home gym, So much better, IMO!

Haven't worked out in over 2 weeks due to injury, feel miserable.

Hopefully at least I can start this weekend.

Absolutely nothing. Today was my rest day and I'm enjoying it. Although, I may sneak some yoga in.

Tomorrow, however, is at least a 4 mile run.

Yesterday was my today - ran 6-miles plus some sit-up and leg work in the Gym.
Today would normally be upper body, but have had problems with shoulder. May run 3-miles.
Tomorrow is a long-ish run, 8-miles. I taper next week because I have back-to-back races next Saturday and Sunday.

cd :O)
