I missed the games but I made 30 cardio and 1 hour walk.

Just 20 minutes of yoga and a walk yesterday. 35 of yoga today and a 4 mile run.

I'm picking up a personal trainer, once a week, too, thinking Thursday mornings, to switch things up. She will be coming to me, can't wait!
