20 min on the treadmill at a 8:30min/mi pace. Then abs (V sit/crunches), pull ups, push ups, and plank on elbows.

It's my quick and dirty workout when I don't have a lot of time.

A 60 minute cycling class, then strength training for upper body for about 20 mins.

Half hour on the treadmill. First 15 mins at 7.5 mph, then alternate between 10 mph and 7.5 mph (60/120's) the rest of the time.

30 mins on treadmill, increased incline to level 7 (courtesy of my trainer)
Pre-workout flexibility work
Weights:
Pull ups (5 count down), 1-arm db rows, 3 count support rows, 5 count lat pull downs, bar curls, hammer curls & finished off with back circuit & stretching.

In & out of gym in under 90 minutes today

Dancing for 45 mins and calisthenics for 30 mins.

Did what I could considering I didn't get to the gym today.

Will pick up the slack tomorrow by doing some calisthenics in the morning for about an hour.

Elliptical: 45+5, then 6 sets of dumbbell curls. Went up a level of intensity on the elliptical today. Don't know yet if that will be a permanent move. Burned 708 calories according to hr monitor.

Legendary abs, level 9 for 25 years now. today, also, 2 handed kettle ball swings, 30 lbs, 5 sets of 30 reps.
