30 mins on treadmill, increased incline to level 7 (courtesy of my trainer)
Pre-workout flexibility work
Weights:
Pull ups (5 count down), 1-arm db rows, 3 count support rows, 5 count lat pull downs, bar curls, hammer curls & finished off with back circuit & stretching.
Elliptical: 45+5, then 6 sets of dumbbell curls. Went up a level of intensity on the elliptical today. Don't know yet if that will be a permanent move. Burned 708 calories according to hr monitor.
Legendary abs, level 9 for 25 years now. today, also, 2 handed kettle ball swings, 30 lbs, 5 sets of 30 reps.
