Full upper body with resistance bands (various rows, curls, extensions, flies, raised)
5 minutes of abs (pikes and hanging windshield wipers)

Full upper body strength workout (78 mins.) and a Kari Anderson dance cardio DVD. I've been adding a dance cardio workout to my regular exercise routine each day as I am determined to regain the rhythm I had in my youth.
