A whip it together 30 minute Power Block session (for running) -

3 sets bench press @ 30 lbs - 25 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps
Renegade Row @ 25lbs - 3x10 each side
Goblet Squat @ 40lbs - 3x15
Kettlebell swing to single arm shoulder press @ 20lbs - 3x10 each side
Barbell Deadlift @ 105lbs - 3x15
Single lunge to bicep curl/tricep kickback @ 20lbs - 2 sets 10 lunges each

I do either this or TRX work on "strength" days, generally days i don't run.

There I go again going AWOL...

Yesterday: Sat in an open house, so I ran up and down the stairs in my down time and I also did a million squats, reverse triple dip lunges and then some slow kicks (disciplinary martial arts thing).

Today: Measly 4.25 mile run on the TM. And I have eaten more chocolate today than I have in a long time... so I may shoot for a long run tomorrow.

Happy Valentine's Day to you lovely active people!

30-min abs class, 1-hour Kangoo Jumps class, 1 hour yoga. Helped my man clean the house after a cuddle session. It's all exercise! Vegetating now. Hi City Data!

How do I even describe today's workout besides posterior chain, including biceps, a bunch of pullups, and some crazy forms of deadlift and good mornings.

Now a 3 mile walk in the snow with an 80 pound pyrenees in one hand and a 40 pound weight in the other (dog on a leash of course).

Intervals on the TM this morning.... a stupid amount of intervals. Was only trying to get myself to 5 miles, because I wasn't "feeling it" when I first started running...

13x400m @ 5K pace with a long 2.5 mile warm-up... 15K total. Felt great!
