Actually, I work a physical job all day ( I am a business owner) and have a limited time at night, so I workout. Treadmill is on incline all the way. I actually sweated tonight. I could do an hour and a half easy. Speed is almost running. I have a pretty serious neck condition, so any jolting of my arms is out. Weights wiuld be out since it causes stress to the neck. A friend told me that a bicycle would be a bad idea. It's fine as long as I don't fall off but I don't think I could handle the bumps

Felt pretty good today but took another day off for good measure. Since work is physical also, on my feet all day and doing things here and there, not stressing it.
Tomorrow I'll be ready to blast my back in the gym!
