7.0 mile run on the treadmill
Hoping for warmer temps soon so I can get back outside

I also stretched and did various calisthenics for 25-30 mins...not all at once though

10 50 m sprints

Wish I had my tolerance built up to stay on the treadmill for an hour and a half!

I went 40 min. sit ups.

Felt pretty good today but took another day off for good measure. Since work is physical also, on my feet all day and doing things here and there, not stressing it.

Tomorrow I'll be ready to blast my back in the gym!
